Recognizing Experience and Exceptional Results The Million Dollar Club (MDC) is an exclusive organization established by the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors®. Membership opportunities are extended to those Realtors® who have distinguished themselves by attaining benchmarks of personal service. The purposes of the Club are:
To foster closer relationships among members of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors®. To foster professionalism and ethics in the real estate industry. To enhance public relations in the community. To provide informative programs for the membership. To share views and knowledge. To maintain a committee through which salesperson members of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® may receive recognition for achievement in the areas of listing and selling real property.
A Diamond-Platinum Member must have attained not less than five million ($5,000,000) or more in closed dollar volume during the current (2008) or preceding (2007) calendar year and sold in excess of twenty million ($20,000,000) in closed dollar volume during the past four consecutive years total.
